Do I need an interpreter?
There are medical questions you are required to answer. If your English level is not sufficient, you will need an interpreter. This person can be a friend, a relative of the applicant or any other person older than 18 years of age. You can also contact a local interpretation service.
Using google translate will not be accepted.
What should I bring to my immigration medical exam?
Please bring:
- A valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license)
- Any IRCC medical forms or letters
- Your eyeglasses or contact lenses (if applicable)
- A list of medications you are currently taking
How long does the immigration medical exam take?
The exam usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
When will my medical exam results be sent to IRCC?
Your results are typically sent to IRCC within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on test results.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Our clinic operates by appointment only. You can check what’s available online and book your appointment there.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule without loosing your deposit, please contact the clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment.
