Do I need an appointment for an immigration medical exam?

Yes, appointments are required for IRCC medical exams. Please book online here.

There are medical questions you are required to answer. If your English level is not sufficient, you will need an interpreter. This person can be a friend, a relative of the applicant or any other person older than 18 years of age. You can also contact a local interpretation service.

Using google translate will not be accepted.

Please bring:

  • A valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license)
  • Any IRCC medical forms or letters
  • Your eyeglasses or contact lenses (if applicable)
  • A list of medications you are currently taking

The exam usually takes about 30-40 minutes.

Your results are typically sent to IRCC within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on test results.

Our clinic operates by appointment only. You can check what’s available online and book your appointment there.

If you need to cancel, please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule without loosing your deposit, please contact the clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you have been notified by IRCC that a furtherance is needed, please contact the office by telephone or email to arrange follow-up.
